Adding a Data Interface

The Data Interfaces feature provides the ability for you to enable available interfaces with external parties.

CCC ONE supports data export for select external applications. In order to enable this feature, the shop must agree to the EULA (End User License Agreement) specific to the data interface. From there, you can specify a directory path and file export frequency settings in the screen.

When enabled, CCC ONE generates the appropriate export file per export frequency settings and saves it to the specified directory.

To add a data interface

1. Select Configure > Machine Settings from the menu bar.
2. Click on the Data Interfaces link from the left panel.
3. Click on Add from the toolbar. The Add Data Interface screen opens.
4. Select the data interface from the list. The data interface End User License Agreement screen opens.
5. Click on I Agree after you have read the license agreement, and then click OK.
6. Select the export time frequency from the Export droplist.
7. Enter or browse to the folder location where the exported files are to be placed.
8. Click on the View EULA link to read the license agreement (optional).
9. Click OK.
